Bookkeeping/ Write-Up
Our firm will convert your basic accounting information (checkbook, credit card statements) into a complete set of accounting records.  Our firm provides full-charge bookkeeping services, including general journal and subsidiary ledger maintenance, bank statement reconciliation, and receivables and payables tracking and analysis.  However, we do not on an ongoing basis take over a client’s bill paying or invoicing function.  If a client requires this service, we can put the client into contact with contract office managers/ accounting personnel that can perform this service.

Financial Statements
Our firm prepares professional, GAAP compliant financial statements as well as tailor-made financial analyses that can help business owners and managers eliminate inefficiency and realize a businesses full profit potential

Reviews and Compilations
Our firm offers full Review and Compilation services for small to medium sized firms.   Compilations include a cover letter and provides a more professional appearance to a client’s financial statements.  A review is a much more extensive assurance engagement that doesn’t rise to the level of an audit, but is sometimes required by lenders or for bonding purposes.

Payroll Services
Our firm offers complete payroll tax reporting services for clients that prepare their on payroll but do not want to be responsible for the form filings.  We prepare all federal and state returns.  If a client requires payroll preparation, we refer them to a payroll processing company that can do the work more cheaply and efficiently.

Financial Forecasts and Projections
Our firm provides complete financial and business forecasting services, including proforma projections. We also customize “What if” planning scenarios to help management foresee and plan for unexpected business contingencies.  We have extensive experience preparing real estate projections for private placement offerings.

Cash Flow & Budgeting Analysis
Our firm offers expert cash flow and budgeting analyses that help you minimize cost overruns, lost purchase discounts, and uncollectible receivables.

Tax Planning
Our firm continuously monitors federal, state and local tax law changes to allow its clients to minimize current and future tax liabilities.  We can consult with you on the most tax efficient method to form your new business entity, and when the time comes provide you with the exit strategy for the sale of your business with the least tax cost.

Our firm offers professional preparation of all federal, state and local tax returns at competitive, affordable rates.

Estate Administration and Compliance
The firm has extensive experience acting as executor and administrator of client’s estates.  We administration and appraisal work and prepare the federal and state death tax returns.

IRS and State/Local Representation
We can provide complete representation services before the IRS as well as state and local authorities.  We can also negotiate offers in compromise with the IRS.

Our firm prepares all sales tax filing and offers full sales tax audit representation.

Medical Practice Management Consulting
Our firm has extensive experience with every facet of medical practice management.  We have performed engagements analyzing the internal controls of the cash handling portion of the patient receivable system, review of the claim denial system to determine that denied claims are properly appealed, expense analysis to determine if a practice’s overhead is reasonable as compared to national averages and the Dallas/Fort Worth market, database analysis to determine which third-party payors are the most profitable, establishing complex expense allocation matrices to determine physician compensation, pre-opening analysis of proposed leases and hospital contracts, staff compensation analysis to determine appropriate compensation compared to DFW averages, new doctor entrance strategies, retiring doctor’s exit strategy

Our firm has extensive experience with Quickbooks and can perform the following services:

Family Partnership Accounting and Consulting
The firm has several family partnerships to which we provide accounting and tax services.  We can also work with your attorney on formation to make sure that the legal documents provide for the proper structure, the transfer of assets to partnership are properly carried out and that the partnership is operated correctly to give the partnership the best chance to withstand IRS scrutiny.
